本毒性分級主要參考MICROMEDEX中，The Thomson Efficacy, Strength of Evidence and Strength of Recommendation的定義來設定䅰資料庫的毒性等級。

Class A | Randomized controlled trials have been demonstrated risks or effects to the human bodies. |

Class B1 | Drugs which have been investigated via in vivo tests showed potential harmful to human bodies and we need more clinical trials to confirm the toxicity to human. |

Class B2 | Drugs which have been investigated via in vitro tests showed potential harmful to human bodies and further studies should be carried out to confirm it. |
